Thank you for considering us to care for your child’s dental health. During your child’s dental treatment we ask that you remain in the waiting room. If your child is not comfortable with this arrangement we will try to accommodate a parent in the examination room. Following the dental check-up, the doctor will meet with you to discuss his/her findings and discuss any treatment that your child may need.
The best way to register your little one for their first appointment is to click on the green Schedule An Appointment button at the top of the screen and chose your office to register online. Online registration saves you check-in time in the office and can help reduce some of the stress you might feel when coming to a new office.
Please prepare our little visitor before coming to see the dentist. It is important that you talk to your child and explain the visit. Tell your child that the dentist will count his/her teeth the same as you would count their fingers. Please do not tell your child about any negative experiences that you or someone you know may have had at the dentist. We want your child to have a healthy smile… and to enjoy coming to the dentist.
Please remember to bring:
- Your insurance card
- Social security card
- Photo ID
- Insurance referral (if required)
- Insurance Co-payment (if applicable)
We will bill your insurance company directly as a courtesy to you; however, any balance required by your insurance company is your responsibility.
Please contact the office directly with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your child’s upcoming visit.
